Being attuned to reiki is a wonderful gift to give yourself. Whether you plan to use it for your own personal development or to become a practitioner you will find that reiki will become an intricate part of your life. Each level of attunement will also be a personal journey for you as you learn how to use the reiki, further your personal development, open your mind and allow the reiki energy to fully enter into your life. What to Expect at a Reiki Level 1 Attunement:
Experiencing the attunement to the First Reiki Healing Ray is a beautiful and exciting weekend as you begin to explore energy and sense auras. The focus is on introducing you to reiki and its principles. Each student will be attuned to the First Reiki Healing Ray. You will also be shown how to do a full body treatment and will both give and receive a full reiki treatment. During this weekend you learn how to heal yourself, family and friends. You will also gain an understanding into the importance of self treatments, self healing, connection to the 'Divine Source', accepting responsibility for your life and actions which can form part of your continue personal/spiritual development. Doing Reiki Level 1 is a wonderful beginning to your own inner journey as you begin to feel the energy and learn to trust your own instinct - it is a wonderful day of exploration, learning and fun.
The reiki course will last two days beginning at 10.30 am each day and finishing no later than 5pm, breaking for lunch. There are no pre-requisites for being attuned to Reiki Level 1.
Each student will be given a First Degree Manual. In this will be explained:
The history of Reiki
What reiki is
The Seven Chakras (what they relate to and corresponding emotions)
Practice scanning and sensing the chakras
Be shown and conduct mental and emotional clearances
Self treatment hand positions
Hand positions for self treatment and treating others (chair treatments & plinth treatments)
The Aura - perform scanning, cleansing and protecting
Learn protection and grounding techniques
Meditation
Give and receive a full reiki treatment
You will also experience guided meditations, giving and receiving a full reiki treament during the second day of the weekend.
You will also receive your Reiki One Certificate and continued support from me. Three weeks after the attunement weekend, a share will be organised for all students to answer any questions, revise techniques and to give and receive a reiki treatment.

What to Expect at Reiki Level 2 Attunement:
The course will last two days beginning at 10.30 am each day and finishing no later than 5 pm, breaking for lunch. The pre-requisite for attunement to Reiki Level 2 is having completed Reiki Level 1.
This is another wonderful weekend on your reiki journey where you will experience further personal and spiritual growth. Your awareness of the power of Reiki and the use of symbols will expand. Each student will be attuned to a further four Reiki rays of healing energy. Your healing time is halved as the attunement unlocks the further potential of the Reiki energy which greatly accelerates your own and others healing.
During the course of the weekend you will:
Attuned to a further 4 rays of healing energy;
Be shown the Reiki 2 symbols which can be used in various situations within our own lives as well as in healings;
Be shown and conduct distant healing;
Be shown and conduct a spiritual clearance;
Perform breaking of the ties;
Learn about and perform Karma clearing
Learn more about grounding;
Revise and expand on your knowledge of the chakras and the links between them;
What to do before and after working on a client or friend/family - clearing a room and yourself, groundings, protection etc;
Learn and practice Byosen scanning;
Learn to empower & heal events;
Learn about Practicing Reiki professionally e.g. Malpractice insurance, client questionnaires & RFI membership etc;
And give and receive a full reiki treatment on both days (using Symbols & Byosen scanning).
Each student will receive a manual which includes:
Introduction to reiki symbols, their power, activating them and the specific intent of each symbol
Learn about absent healing, practising reiki professionally, sharing reiki, breaking of ties, grounding, Bysonen scanning, Karma clearing and links between chakras.
Each student will receive their level two certificate and continued support from me. With the completion of level two you can if you wish become a practitioner of Reiki Healing.

REIKI MASTER LEVEL TEACHER (REIKI LEVEL 3)
What to Expect at Reiki 3 Attunement Course
The duration of the course will be two days beginning at 10.30am and finishing no later than 5pm, breaking for lunch. The pre-requisite for attunement to Reiki Level 3 is having completed Reiki 2.
During the weekend you will be attuned to the Reiki Master Level. You will be introduced to more Reiki symbols and shown how to use them, including the Master symbol. You will be shown how to attune others to Reiki if you are going to go on and become a Reiki Teacher. We will also revise Reiki Level 1 and 2.
This is another wonderful weekend where you will experience further personal and spiritual growth. Your awareness of the intensity and power of Reiki will expand. You will have the knowledge and discipline to be a Reiki Teacher.
During the course of the weekend you will:
Be attuned to the final 2 rays of healing energy;
Be trained how to teach & attune others to Reiki Level I, Reiki Level II, Reiki Level III;
Be introduced to more reiki symbols including the Master Symbol - which can facilitate you to unlock the full potential of the Reiki Energy which can assist to greatly increase your healing;
During the practice session, you will learn how to attunement others starting with Reiki Level 1 and progressing to Level III;
Revise Reiki Level I and Level II;
Be invited to sit in with me on a Reiki Level I or Level II course if you chose to teach reiki (there is no time limit on this as I am always available for support)
Each student will be given a Reiki Level 3 Manual which will explain:
Information on how to attune others to all 3 levels of Reiki;
Details of symbols used in the attunement of your students;
Copy of mediations used during reiki initiations;
Copy of your reiki lineage.
You will also receive your Reiki Master & Teacher Certificate and continued support from me. Where you chose to attune others to Reiki, you will be invited to sit in on a Reiki 1 or 2 weekend with myself.
