What to Expect at a Reiki Level 1 Workshop:
Experiencing the attunement to the First Reiki Healing Ray is a beautiful and exciting weekend as you begin to explore energy and sense auras. The focus is on introducing you to reiki and its principles. Each student will be attuned to the First Reiki Healing Ray. You will also be shown how to do a full body treatment and will both give and receive a full reiki treatment. During this weekend you learn how to heal yourself, family and friends.
You will also gain an understanding into the importance of self treatments, self healing, connection to the 'Divine Source', accepting responsibility for your life and actions which can form part of your continue personal/spiritual development. Doing Reiki Level 1 is a wonderful beginning to your own inner journey as you begin to feel the energy and learn to trust your own instinct - it is a wonderful day of exploration, learning and fun.

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and lots of time to practice the various different techniques on yourself and on others in a supportive environment, so that you can go home at the end of the course feeling confident in your ability to use what you have just learnt in the "real" world.
Next Dates for Reiki Level 1 Workshop
The reiki course will last two days beginning at 10.00 am each day and finishing no later than 5.00pm, breaking for lunch. There are no pre-requisites for being attuned to Reiki Level 1.

N.B. Please contact me to check availability of spaces. A booking deposit will be required of €100.00 to secure a place on all Reiki courses. The deposit is non-refundable where cancelled less than two weeks before date of course. The course numbers a limited to a maximum of ten people.
